Solution
Efficiently aligning with the investment company's strategy, we challenged CEOs' growth ambitions through streamlined ideation workshops and email confirmation. Utilizing a one-time start-up meeting and digital admin, we identified matching companies. The project concluded by showcasing collaborative efforts with the investment company's analyst for optimal time efficiency.
Result
The project generated a comprehensive list of growth themes, offering the investment company valuable strategic options for the future. Approximately 700 companies were identified within the targeted industries, with around 50 selected for further evaluation. The process also provided valuable insights into the market landscape and competitive environment.
